Sat 23rd Aug:

Please note:

  • Dog Seat.
If your dog would like a seat, please book a dog ticket, otherwise they are free to sit on your lap or on the floor.
  • Lower Volume.
Our doggy sessions have the volume set a little lower than our standard viewing sessions to be kind on doggy ears.
  • Dogs must stay on a lead and under control at all times.
Even if they’re just dying to meet that adorable schnauzer across the aisle — we’re aiming for cinema calm, not park chaos. Dogs should be well trained and monitored for the duration of the film.

  • One dog per human, please!
Unless your name is Snow White and you’re followed by forest animals, we’re sticking to a one-to-one ratio.

  •  No long-lasting treats.
We know it’s tempting to bring something to keep your pups busy, but food can make some dogs a little too excited — let’s avoid the popcorn wars. Small training treats are totally fine for those well-earned reward moments.

  • If your pup is barking, whining, or getting overwhelmed…
Step out for a quick break! Our emergency exit doors will remain open for the duration of the film, and lead directly onto the side street. There is also a grassy area along the train line (just to the right at the rear of the cinema) for those needing a quick stroll. Our staff will happily help you settle back in when you’re both ready.

  • Accidents happen!
If nature calls at the wrong moment, no stress! Please just let a staff member know and we’ll help clean it up quickly and discreetly.

  • Consider if your dog is ready for the movies.
We love all dogs — but not all dogs love cinemas. If your pup is easily overwhelmed, reactive, or still working on their indoor manners, this might not be the event for them (and that’s totally okay!). You know your dog best — if they’re not quite ready for a shared movie experience, maybe save it for the next one.
